What we collect

When you send an enquiry, we collect the details you enter: your name, business name, phone number, email address, industry, the problem you describe, your ad spend range if you share it, and your message. We also record how you reached our site, such as campaign parameters (UTM tags), ad click identifiers (for example GCLID or FBCLID), the page you landed on and the referring website.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to your enquiry and to discuss working together. We use the source information to understand which of our marketing brings useful enquiries. We don't sell your information.

Where it is stored

Enquiries are stored in a Google Sheet that only the TapsVision founders can access, and are sent to our business email. Our website is hosted on Cloudflare.

Cookies and analytics

We may use Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn tags to measure visits and ad performance. These tools may set cookies in your browser. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and delete them on request.
